- Your device (iPhone model + iOS version)
- The Choosr version (Settings → About in the app)
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead

Common questions
I bought credits but they didn't show up.
First try Restore Purchases in the app (Settings → Restore Purchases). This re-syncs your purchase history with the App Store. If the credits still don't appear, email us — include the Apple receipt if you can, and we'll look into it.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Choosr purchase, and request a refund. We can't issue refunds directly because Apple is the merchant of record.
The analysis is taking forever / hanging.
Choosr's analysis usually finishes in under 30 seconds. If it stalls, the most common causes are a flaky network and a very large photo. Try again on a stronger connection. If it consistently fails, drop us an email with the error message.
How do I delete my comparisons?
Open the comparison from your History tab and tap Delete Comparison. To wipe everything, uninstalling Choosr removes all locally stored data, including credits.
Can I turn off analytics and crash reports?
Yes. Open Settings inside the app and toggle Diagnostics off. They're already off by default for users in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
Is my photo data private?
Yes — we don't keep your photos on our servers, and your comparison history lives only on your device. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
